The Maruto 348 Circle hook barbless version is made in the ridged barbless design used in our Grabber Hooks.   An offset circle hook, this black nickel circle is perfect for California style salmon mooching as well as use with live and chunk baits offshore or in rivers and lakes.  This Mutsu style circle hook is truly unique among circles being very sharp, and of excellent quality.  As with all circle design hooks, traditional hook sets are not used as they are self-setting.  If fact traditional "sets" are counterproductive often resulting in missed opportunities.   The snelled barbless circle shown was rigged for Columbia River Sturgeon--an exceptional choice for CATFISH, SALMON MOOCHING, AND STURGEON, as well as for ROCK, REEF, and SHORE CASTING.
