Trout

 

Most of us started out fishing for trout and panfish.  Casting, trolling, and still fishing from boat or bank, works very well.  Some of my fondest memories are of walking my favorite creek and catching some remarkeable searun cutthroat trout.  Angler Innovations offers some great tackle to fish trout with.  Even our Sure Spin Bait Fish Helmets are excellent when targeting minnow eaters.  LongLiner used with flies, spoons, spinners, including Sure Spin is a great way to troll for deeper trout.

This is LongLiner in the locked position. The weight will hang at this point until a fish is hooked and the LongLiner will then unlock into freesliding mode. If the fish darts away at maximum speed, the line easily passes through the LongLiner reducing the shock on the line and hook. The weight doesn't accelerate at the same rate as the fish.
