Fish Board

If you catch a trophy with one of our products, send us a photo, and tell us how you caught it, and what product you caught it on. We'll post your picture of you and your fish here on the Fishing Board.

(Note: If you want to let us know about your trophy, but don't want it posted, please tell us it is just for us to enjoy. Otherwise we'll assume you want us to post it.)

We'll post the most recent catches on this page, and as we receive more photos, we'll rotate the older ones into the tabbed pages above, so we have room for the new photos on this page. That way you can quickly see the latest catches by just visiting this page.

Rhonda Short and her first Columbia River Chinook. Had her pinned against the boat's engine well
but she rallied and won the battle. This nice fish fell to a bait-wrapped plug fished with a LongLiner.  ↓ Rhonda Short with her first Columbia River King Salmon.

This is the first Columbia River King to fall to a LongLiner and Lyman Plug combination. Raymond Richard,
a well known custom knifemaker, used a 6 oz. ball weight on a 4 foot dropper off of a LongLiner and a Lyman
5-inch #857 Lure, fished 60 feet behind the boat. This setup was grabbed in minutes by this 25 pounder.  ↓ Raymond Richard with his 25 lb. King Salmon.

He caught it on Labor Day, 2010, in Lake Nantahala, North Carolina. ↓ Shawn Johnson with his 10-pound Walleye.

Regarding the LongLiners, Charlie says, "...they work very well to get the bait down and back from the boat."

A LongLiner with a 12-foot bait line and a homemade "Craven-for-Fish" flasher above the bait produced this
beautiful Springer for Steve Lumsden on 3/25/2010. He caught the fish in the Columbia River
near Sandy, Oregon, on a cold, rainy, nasty day. But he sure looks happy. ↓
