One of the fastest growing fisheries here in the west is centered around a hard fighting and tasty landlocked sockeye salmon--the Kokanee.  We have found that the LongLiner is a valuable tool when trolling for suspended kokanee with light gear.  Ultralight rods, 4 to 8 pound line with flourocarbon leaders, and a LongLiner will get you in the zone every time.
